The Protector Echo Filtered Fume Hood combines the containment performance of a traditional fume hood with an energy-efficient, ductless filtration platform designed for demanding laboratory applications. Carbon filtration captures chemical vapors at the source, reducing or eliminating costly exhaust and make-up air requirements while providing greater flexibility in laboratory design and installation. The Echo supports applications requiring larger work areas and higher heat loads—including hot plates, ovens, and heating equipment with surface temperatures up to 300°C—while Smart Command controls provide filter-status monitoring, visual and audible safety alerts, and smartphone connectivity for enhanced operational oversight.
